Your whole company
on one screen
One delivery-operations platform: a console for the office, and a captain app that keeps working without internet. For 4 to 15 captains, in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs, Latakia, Hama and Tartus.
No self-signup — we provision your company and hand it over ready.
Orders live in WhatsApp. Money lives in Excel.
Nobody knows where the captain is.
ShamRoute puts all three in one system: the order is recorded once, the captain sees it on his phone, and the books close themselves at the end of the day.
The office dispatches
The dispatch board shows every order in its status column. Drag a card on to its next column, or import a whole Excel file and review it before saving.
- Six status columns, one board
- Live fleet map
- Import from Excel or CSV
The captain delivers
The app opens on the map, with the job sheet pinned at the bottom. One big stop at a time, and one button to finish it.
- Works fully offline
- One-tap Delivered, five-second undo
- Wallet and ledger in the app
Works with
zero bars
The captain is in a basement or a dead zone. He taps Delivered, and the action is stored in a queue on the phone. When the network returns, the whole queue sends itself — nothing to tap.
One tap.
Five seconds to change your mind.
Delivered starts a five-second countdown on the undo bar — one touch and nothing is sent. After that, the action is committed.
Everyone sees the same run
When the captain changes a status, the card on the office board changes at the same moment. No phone call, no "where are you now".
Money that reconciles itself
ShamRoute never touches cash. It records door collections and the captain's prepaid wallet in whole numbers, in your company's currency, and keeps a reason and a running balance for every entry. Disputes are raised in the app and settled from the office.
Warehouse and stock
A parcel waiting for its owner goes into the company warehouse with one tap, and out with a captain with another. Company stock is handled in the same place, so no parcel sits without a known place.
Built for here
"Near the city roundabout, blue-glass building" is a valid address — with a map pin when one exists.
The interface is Arabic by origin, not by translation, with English one tap away. And the word is "captain".
The app installs straight from an APK — no store needed, no expensive phone.
The map is a file we host on our own domain, not a keyed map service — so no map vendor can switch it off for Syria.
Amounts, phone numbers and order ids use 0–9 in both languages, so everyone reads them the same way.
